Alan Gayle - Operations / Marketing Director
Alan has worked in sales and marketing roles in the building industry since 1983.
He has enjoyed a successful career with some of the UK's best known building products manufacturers including Redland, Forticrete and Eternit. More recently he was Commercial Director with Portland Stone quarry, Albion Stone and Group Marketing Director for specialist contractor Stonewest.

Having studied construction technology, business studies, marketing and photography; Alan's formal qualifications along with his extensive experience mean he is uniquely placed to offer building industry clients a comprehensive range of cost-effective sales and marketing solutions.

Alan's responsibilities include devising and implementing our client's strategic marketing plans and the day to day running of the business.

Alan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Institute of Direct Marketing.

Soner Kioufi - Website Development Manager
Soner is our resident website and search engine optimisation (SEO) expert. He has been designing and developing ground-breaking websites since1998. During his career he has provided a diverse range of services for a wide variety of clients and includes working for The Immigration and Nationality Directorate of The Home Office and has worked with Tony Blair's web team at No.10 Downing Street.

Colin Gayle - Graphic Design Manager
Colin's life as a graphic designer dates back to 1982. Throughout his career he has embraced new technology and is one of a small group with over 20 years experience on Apple Mac computers. His clients have included household names such as Black & Decker, B&Q, John Lewis and Tesco.

With Colin's creativity and experience, we are able to transform our client's vision for their brand, website or logo into reality.
